Discord bot hosting and cloud container infrastructure. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under
which refunds and subscription cancellations are processed.
48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee: If you experience technical unviability or service outages that
our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of initial purchase, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid hosting plan at any time through your Client Billing Dashboard (https://billing.archost.site) or by
opening a support ticket.
Upon cancellation, your server will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No
further recurring charges will be made.
You are encouraged to download backups of your container files before the billing cycle concludes.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
First-time purchases: Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of initial
payment if the hosting instance fails to meet advertised hardware specifications.
Duplicate billing: In the rare event of duplicate charges resulting from payment gateway
connection delays, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. DDoS attacks,
cryptomining, port scanning, malware distribution).
User-side code errors or application crashes in your Discord bot scripts (e.g. invalid Discord bot token,
syntax errors, missing third-party API keys).
Refund requests made after the 48-hour window from the date and time of transaction.
4. Refund Processing & Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed via our official Razorpay Payment Gateway directly to the
original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Refunds typically reflect in your bank account or payment method within 5 to 7 business
days, subject to your bank's standard settlement timelines.
